— Pilates classes in Preston, Carlton & Fairfield
Pilates Mat classes are a full body workout on the mat! This class is suitable for all levels as it challenges the individual to work within their own body. Based on the key principles of traditional Pilates exercises – Alignment, Breathing and Centring – the class is progressive and will often include the use of small apparatus such as balls, therabands and Pilates rings. Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 participants to allow for personalised attention.
What to bring: Personal towel large enough to cover your mat (provided)
What to wear: Comfortable exercise clothing
Pilates Studio Classes are a workout using the Pilates equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac (or Trap Table), Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Small Arc Barrel and props. Class size is limited to 3 participants.
Mat classes on Saturdays in Preston: $100 for 5 sessions, or $25 per casual classes
Studio classes on Monday and Wednesday nights in Carlton and Sundays in Fairfield: $35 for one hour class

Here are a few tips for your first class:
- All begining students who are new to yoga should start with Level 1 or Basics classes.
- Unless otherwise noted, all of the classes on our regular class schedule are on-going. That means there is no need to pre-register.
- Bring a water bottle and small hand towel. If you have a yoga mat please bring it. If not, we have studio mats you can use.
- Come 5-15 minutes early for your classes, so you can take your time to settle in.
- Wear comfortable clothes such as sweats, leggings, t-shirts, tank tops. No shoes will be needed.
- Please tell the instructor about any ongoing injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions before the start of class.
